One small practice per day. Each prompt is designed to take less than 10 minutes and will help you start feeling more connected, grounded, and calm straight away.

A supportive WhatsApp group. This group will only be active for the challenge and will be deleted afterwards, no long-term notifications, no extra stress. Share how you're feeling, ask questions, or simply follow along quietly. As we all feel calmer, we create a ripple effect of ease and support.

Consistency that works. By focusing on one simple practice a day, you'll have tools you can return to again and again, helping you feel better now and creating long-term positive change.
