We often believe that feeling better, calmer, or happier requires a change in our external circumstances, but the truth is, it starts from within you. From your own nervous system. How powerful is that?

When your nervous system is dysregulated, life feels harder than it needs to. It can show up as snapping at loved ones, struggling to focus, feeling constantly “on edge,” or waking up exhausted even after a full night’s sleep. It affects your health, your relationships, and your ability to enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard for.

I get it...

Why do I know this to be true?

Let me tell you a story about Sarah...

When Sarah first came to me, she was putting in long hours, doing everything 'right'. Despite appearing fine on the surface, Sarah was starting to notice that something was off, her health was slowly declining and her business seemed to have hit a plateau. Constantly travelling for business, eating on the go... She was experiencing disrupted sleep, frequent illnesses, and struggled to stay focused. She hadn't realised the impact it was all having on her nervous system.

We worked on integrating nervous system regulation seamlessly into her day with practices specifically tailored to her life; intentional times for movement she enjoyed, simple breathwork to consciously calm the nervous system, and nourishing her body for sustained energy, calm, and focus. We also developed habits to help her reset and recharge during her day, enabling her to sustain clarity, focus, and productivity.

I’m Georgie Shears, a passionate Life Design Strategist with a core focus on nervous system regulation. As a trusted mentor to successful entrepreneurs and ambitious humans, I help people build on their business success while creating the personal health, fulfilment, and happiness needed to sustain it.

My expertise lies in shifting people away from focusing solely on external achievements at the expense of their health. I help them recognise that the overwhelm, mounting health challenges, and feeling of never doing enough are actually signals from their nervous systems—and that regulating this system is the foundation for sustainable growth and success, both personally and professionally.

My work focuses on supporting people to realign with their core beliefs and find their version of success by learning to regulate and work in sync with their nervous system, enabling fulfilment in both their work and wider life.

Having personally overcome severe panic attacks and anxiety, I know first-hand the power of a balanced nervous system. With over a decade as an Individual Design Coach in health, fitness, and lifestyle, I’ve always tailored my work to each client’s passions, health, and life goals, instinctively incorporating nervous system regulation before I even knew how pivotal it truly was.

My SHIFT Life Design System™ has evolved into a transformative method I call the ‘Nervous System Direct Approach.’ It challenges people to redefine success by listening to their bodies, finding their rhythm, and building the mental clarity, creativity, and energy needed to thrive in both work and life.
